MCS + CİHAZININ ÜSTÜN ÖZELLİKLERİ

Cihaz 27 Kg ağırlığında, kompakt, taşınabilir bir aferez cihazıdır. Hastanın yatmakta olduğu servise (özellikle yoğun bakım gibi) kolaylıkla götürülerek işlem yapılabilmektedir.

Cihaz tüm kan ürünlerini ayrı ayrı ve beraber toplama ve ayrıca tüm terapötik işlemleri yapabilme özelliğine sahiptir:

1. Trombosit toplama
2. Trombosit + Plazma toplama
3. Trombosit + Eritrosit Toplama
4. Trombosit + Eritrosit + Plazma Toplama
5. Yıkanmış iki ünite Eritrositi tek donörden toplama (özellikle Talasemi hastaları için, bu sette eritrositler izotonikle yıkanarak plazmadan arındırılır ve ayrıca filtre edilir)
6. Plazma toplama
7. Plazma Değiştirme
8. Eritrosit Değiştirme
9. Periferik Kök Hücre (Stem Cell) toplama
10. Lökosit – Trombosit – Lenfosit – Granülosit azaltma

Cihaz tüm işlemleri tek koldan yapabilmektedir. Tek kol işlemin avantajları:

1. Donör sadece tek koldan cihaza bağlandığı için rahattır.
2. Çift kollu çalışan cihazlarda donörlerin her iki kolundaki damarında iyi olması gerektiği için donör geri çevrilirken tek koldan çalışan cihazımızda bu yüzden donör geri çevrilmemektedir.
3. Herhangi bir damar probleminde işlemi, seti ve donörü harcamadan ikinci koldan denenerek işleme devam edebilmektedir. Çift kollu cihazlarda donör ve set iptal edilmektedir.

Cihazın toplama verimi yüksek olduğu için:

1. Daha az kanı işleyerek yüksek ürün kalitesi elde etmektedir.
2. Daha az kanla çalıştığı için kullanılan antikoagülan (ACD-A) miktarı daha düşük olmaktadır.
3. Daha az kanla çalıştığı için çift koldan çalışan cihazlardan çok kısa bir süre fazla çalışmaktadır.

Cihaz en son teknoloji kullanılarak üretilmiştir. Güvenlik her zaman en üst seviyede tutulmuştur.

Cihazın kullanımı kolay ve pratiktir. Problem anında cihaz kullanıcıya bilgi verir ve yardım seçeneği sunarak kullanıcıyı yönlendirir. Cihazın Trombosit protokolü tamamen Türkçe’ dir. Tüm kullanım bilgileri ve yardım mesajları ekrana Türkçe olarak gelir.

Setlerde trombosit ve eritrosit için Haemonetics Log4 lökosit filtresi bulunmaktadır. Bu ürünlerin hastaya verilirken ayrıca filtre edilmesine gerek yoktur.

Cihaz CE ve FDA belgelerine sahiptir.
